1 Inch Copper Press x 1 Inch PEX Crimp Elbow Pipe Connect Repair Fitting 2 PCS

About this item

Switching from copper to PEX at a corner usually means a transition fitting plus an elbow, but a 1 inch copper press x PEX crimp elbow handles both jobs in one piece. This 2-pack sells for $46.48 and is listed as new.

What tools does a 1 inch copper press x PEX crimp elbow need?

Two different ones: a copper press tool with 1" jaws for the press end, and a 1" PEX crimp tool with copper crimp rings for the PEX side.

• Rings: crimp rings may not be included; check the listing.
• PEX type: confirm the fitting is compatible with the PEX you're running.
• Uses: main-line repairs, copper-to-PEX re-pipes, tight turns near water heaters.
• Inspect: check every crimp with a go/no-go gauge.
